Learning
Understanding ourselves and each other is rarely as simple as labels, checklists, or surface-level explanations.
Much of my work explores the quieter patterns people carry - the ways neurodiversity, relationships, early experiences, adaptation and coping can shape how we move through the world, often without the right language or understanding around them.
This section brings together my current digital resources and recorded training, all designed to help make complex and often overlooked experiences feel more understandable, human, and easier to make sense of.
Whether you are exploring these experiences personally, supporting someone you care about, or working professionally with others, my hope is always the same: to offer greater understanding, compassion, and language around experiences that can otherwise feel confusing, isolating, or misunderstood.

The learning available here currently includes:
Understanding Neurodiversity
Foundation and future practitioner-level learning exploring neurodiversity, masking, burnout, identity, relationships, sensory overwhelm, and lived experience.
The Foundation level is designed for adults, parents, educators, and those seeking accessible, compassionate understanding, with practitioner-level learning planned for professionals wanting deeper insight and application in their work.
Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACoA)
Recorded CPD training exploring the lasting impact of growing up around addiction and emotional instability, and the ways those experiences can continue shaping people long into adulthood.
