These Terms and Conditions apply to all Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, digital products, and training services provided by Eve True through www.evetrue.com and third-party platforms such as Teachable. By purchasing any product or training, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Agreement
This agreement governs all purchases made on this website and related platforms.
By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by:

3. Definitions

Digital Product: Includes downloadable materials such as toolkits, PDFs, and recorded content

Live Training: Any scheduled online session delivered by Eve True

Customer/You: The individual or organisation purchasing from Eve True
4. Purchases and Payments
4.1 All payments must be made using the options provided at checkout
4.2 Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Wix, Teachable) and are subject to their terms
4.3 Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. VAT is not currently charged
4.4 Access to digital products is usually granted immediately upon payment, unless stated otherwise
5. Delivery
5.1 Digital products are delivered via email link or platform access after payment confirmation
5.2 For live training, joining instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout at least 48 hours before the session
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing digital content
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are provided once the course has been accessed or materials downloaded
6.2 For live training, cancellations made more than 7 calendar days in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund
6.3 No refunds are available for non-attendance, partial attendance, or cancellations made within 7 days of the event
6.4 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All training content, digital products, and materials are the intellectual property of Eve True and are protected under UK copyright law
7.2 Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material for your personal or professional development
7.3 You may not share, copy, reproduce, teach, adapt, or resell any content without prior written consent
8. Intended Use and Professional Scope
8.1 All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute therapy, clinical supervision, or mental health advice
8.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any application of the content is within your professional competence and legal scope of practice
8.3 No outcomes or specific results are guaranteed. The use of any material is at your discretion and risk
9. Confidentiality and Recordings
9.1 If a live training is recorded, you will be notified. Recordings may be used for internal or promotional purposes by Eve True
9.2 You are responsible for protecting client confidentiality in anything you share. Eve True is not liable for information shared by participants during live sessions
9.3 Course recordings and downloadable resources are provided for the original purchaser only and may not be shared publicly
10. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eve True is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use or misuse of content
11.2 The application of content in clinical or educational practice remains the full responsibility of the customer
11. Disputes and Governing Law
12.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact evetrue.com@gmail.com
12.2 Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
12.3 This contract is governed by UK law
