Therapy
From my base in Lincolnshire, I offer talking therapy both in person and online.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what you're carrying, and make sense of patterns that may have been shaping your life for years.
Many of us learn early on to cope, adapt, stay quiet or hold everything together, often without realising the impact those patterns continue to have. Sometimes we simply need the right space, support and language to begin understanding ourselves differently.
Our work together is entirely individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so we'll work at your pace and in a way that feels both helpful and affirming for you.
My role is not to tell you who you are, but to work alongside you with curiosity, compassion and respect as we make sense of whatever has brought you here.
Some of the concerns we could work on include:
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Depression
-
Relationship difficulties
-
Self-esteem
-
Grief, bereavement or loss
-
Life transitions

Neurodivergence
Neurodivergent
therapy
As an autistic therapist, I understand that many neurodivergent people have spent years adapting themselves to environments, expectations and relationships that never quite fitted.
Therapy should not ask you to become someone else. My aim is to create a space where your experiences are understood, your differences are respected, and your individuality is welcomed.
Whether you are newly exploring your neurodivergence or have known for many years, we'll work together in a way that feels accessible, collaborative and responsive to your needs.
Being an autistic therapist myself, I deeply understand the importance of creating a therapeutic environment that is accessible and respectful of neurodivergent experiences.
My approach is centred on recognising and honouring your individuality, providing therapy that supports your specific needs and preferences.
FAQs

Where do therapy sessions take place?
Therapy sessions take place either in person at my therapy room in Lincolnshire or online via a secure platform, allowing you to choose whichever feels most comfortable and accessible.

How do therapy
sessions work?
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we'll explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to better understand what has brought you here. You set the pace, and we'll work together towards the goals that matter most to you.

How long is each session?
Each therapy session lasts around 50 minutes.

How many sessions
will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some people find a small number of sessions enough, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. We'll discuss what feels right for you as we begin working together.
