My Blog
This is where I explore the themes that sit at the heart of my work – neurodiversity, relationships, identity, adaptation, adult children of alcoholics (ACoA), and the quieter patterns that can shape how we move through the world.
Sometimes a blog begins with a question. Sometimes with something I've noticed in my work, a conversation I've had, or a book I've been reading. My aim is always the same: to offer language, context and understanding around experiences that can otherwise feel confusing, isolating or misunderstood.
So, make yourself a cup of tea, have a browse, and explore whatever catches your attention.
If you'd like to receive occasional learning, thoughtful reflections and new resources, you're very welcome to join my mailing list and stay connected.
